TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRADE FOR TECHACS SAFETY SOLUTIONS

  1. TERMS: Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, payment terms are NET 30 upon credit approval. Open accounts are available to qualified customers providing three credit references and a company D&B number, along with the completed TECHACS Safety Solutions (TSS) Credit Application Form. Accounts with overdue balances may automatically have their credit withdrawn until all outstanding balances are paid. A 1.5% finance charge, in addition to attorney and collection fees, may be assessed to all overdue accounts. Statements will be provided upon request.

  2. ORDERING: Orders may be placed online at TechACS.com, via email at info @techacs.com, or phoned in to our customer service line.

  3. PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE: TECHACS Safety Solutions will match or beat any verified lower price for equivalent products from competitors. The buyer must provide a current written quote or invoice displaying the lower price. This policy excludes reseller, clearance, internet, or contract pricing. TECHACS reserves the right to accept or decline any price match requests at its discretion.

  4. PRICING: All pricing is subject to change without notice. Contact us for price confirmation, volume discounts, or rebate programs.

  5. SALES TAX: TECHACS Safety Solutions is required by law to collect the appropriate sales tax rate on invoice totals for goods delivered within applicable states. Tax-exempt customers must submit a valid tax-exemption certificate.

  6. CREDIT LIMIT: The standard credit limit is $3,500. Additional amounts may be approved at the discretion of TECHACS Safety Solutions. Contact a representative for further details.

  7. DELIVERY: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (warehouse local time) will be dispatched the same business day if products are in stock. Under normal circumstances, delivery will occur the next business day.

  8. SHIPPING: All shipping is FOB (Freight on Board) from TECHACS Safety Solutions’ warehouse. Shipping costs and methods will be confirmed at the time of order. Orders below $300 may incur an additional service fee. Back-ordered items will be shipped immediately upon arrival.

  9. RETURNS: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in sellable condition and original packaging. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before returning products. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable, except for defects in quality or workmanship.

  10. DAMAGE/SHORTAGE CLAIMS: Claims for damaged or missing goods must be made within 15 days of receipt. For truck shipments, damages or shortages should be noted on the delivery receipt, and an inspection report should be obtained from the carrier. Contact customer service for assistance.

  11. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, TECHACS Safety Solutions will arrange for an immediate replacement, refund, or credit, except for custom or special-order items.

  12. RETENTION OF TITLE: All goods remain the property of TECHACS Safety Solutions until full payment is received. TECHACS reserves the right to reclaim unpaid goods.

  13. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER: Product images displayed may differ slightly from actual products due to variations in manufacturing.

  14. REBATE PROGRAM: Rebates are issued as a credit against the customer’s account. Terms and conditions for rebate eligibility will be provided upon request.
