Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns will only be accepted for items purchased directly from www.techacs.com.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items due to misuse.
  • Products marked as final sale.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Prepare Your Package:

    • Clearly label the package with the provided RA number.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect their condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of errors or defective products.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items
