It’s a true team effort. 1710 Broadway – RIU Hotel The WBC Construction Service project at 1710 Broadway is an impressive addition to the Midtown Manhattan skyline. According to the project information shared by WBC Construction Service, the development is planned as a 58-story, approximately 386,000-square-foot hotel with 680 rooms, including dining facilities on the second and third floors. The project timeline runs from the original vision in 2023 toward completion and TCO in 2027. Located at Broadway and 54th Street, the project demonstrates the scale and complexity of modern New York City construction. Standing on the site and seeing the building rise floor by floor makes it much easier to appreciate the amount of coordination required to bring a project like this from concept to reality.
