From Digital Strategy to Jobsite Safety, TECHACS Is Proud to Support WBC Construction ServiceConstruction crane towering over red scaffolding at a city construction site against a clear blue sky.

There are few things more rewarding than seeing a client’s work come to life and even fewer experiences more exciting than stepping onto a major New York City construction site and seeing that progress firsthand.

TECHACS had the opportunity to visit one of our valued clients, WBC Construction Service, and experience their incredible work at the 1710 Broadway RIU Hotel project at Broadway and 54th Street in Midtown Manhattan.

As a company that provides WBC Construction Service with website development, digital marketing, and PPE and safety gear, it was especially meaningful to see the people, equipment, coordination, and craftsmanship behind the organization we help represent online.

And yes—the view from the construction elevator was pretty incredible!

At TECHACS, we believe that a company’s digital presence should accurately reflect the quality of the work happening behind the scenes.

Our relationship with WBC Construction Service goes beyond simply creating a website. We help support the company through website development, online marketing, branding, and digital visibility, while also providing PPE and safety gear to help support their teams in the field.

That combination gives us a unique perspective.

We don’t just help tell the WBC Construction Service story—we get to see the story being built in real time.

Visiting the RIU Hotel project provided an opportunity to experience that firsthand.

A Look 48 Floors Up

One of the highlights of the visit was seeing the construction crane jump all the way to the 48th floor.

For anyone who has spent time around New York City construction, watching a major crane operation at this scale is an impressive reminder of just how much planning, engineering, coordination, and precision goes into building a structure of this size.

We also had the opportunity to ride the construction elevator and see the project up close.

Being on the jobsite gives you a completely different appreciation for construction.

Behind every floor, wall, mechanical system, piece of equipment, and finished space are countless hours of planning and work by construction professionals, subcontractors, engineers, architects, project managers, superintendents, and tradespeople.

It’s a true team effort.

1710 Broadway – RIU Hotel

The WBC Construction Service project at 1710 Broadway is an impressive addition to the Midtown Manhattan skyline.

According to the project information shared by WBC Construction Service, the development is planned as a 58-story, approximately 386,000-square-foot hotel with 680 rooms, including dining facilities on the second and third floors.

The project timeline runs from the original vision in 2023 toward completion and TCO in 2027.

Located at Broadway and 54th Street, the project demonstrates the scale and complexity of modern New York City construction.

Standing on the site and seeing the building rise floor by floor makes it much easier to appreciate the amount of coordination required to bring a project like this from concept to reality.

Construction Management Requires Precision

Large-scale construction projects don’t happen by accident.

They require detailed planning, communication, scheduling, safety management, quality control, coordination between trades, and constant attention to detail.

WBC Construction’s approach emphasizes precision, innovation, and integrity throughout the construction process.

As a marketing and technology partner, TECHACS understands the importance of communicating those qualities online.

A construction company’s website is often the first place a potential client, architect, developer, subcontractor, or business partner goes to learn about the company.

The website needs to communicate more than services.

It needs to communicate credibility.

It needs to show the company’s experience, capabilities, projects, values, and the quality of the people behind the work.

That’s where strategic website development and digital marketing become important.

TECHACS: More Than a Web Design Company

Our work with WBC Construction Service is a great example of how TECHACS supports businesses beyond traditional website development.

We help companies build a stronger digital presence through:

  • Website design and development
  • Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Digital marketing
  • Online branding
  • Content strategy
  • Social media marketing
  • Business visibility
  • Website maintenance and support

For construction companies specifically, digital marketing can play an important role in helping potential clients discover a company’s projects, services, experience, and capabilities.

A great construction company deserves a website that reflects the quality of its work.

Our relationship with WBC Construction Service also extends beyond technology and marketing.

TECHACS also provides PPE and safety gear for WBC Construction Service.

Safety is an essential part of every construction project, particularly on large-scale jobsites where workers may be exposed to a variety of hazards and demanding working conditions.

Having appropriate personal protective equipment is an important component of maintaining a safety-focused work environment.

Providing PPE gives us another connection to the construction industry and allows us to support our clients not only in how they present themselves to the world, but also in the practical needs of their teams.

From hard hats and high-visibility apparel to safety vests, workwear, and other jobsite PPE, having reliable safety gear is an important part of construction operations.

Seeing Our Client’s Work Firsthand

One of the best parts of working with clients is getting to know their business beyond the computer screen.

You can build a website, develop an SEO strategy, create marketing campaigns, and manage digital content—but stepping onto the jobsite gives you an entirely different understanding of the company.

You see the scale.

You see the challenges.

You see the people.

And most importantly, you see the work.

Visiting WBC Construction’s RIU Hotel project reminded us why client relationships matter.

When you understand what your client actually does, you can do a much better job telling their story.

Building Brands. Supporting Businesses. Protecting Workers.

That’s what makes the TECHACS and WBC Construction Service relationship unique.

We’re helping WBC Construction Service in three important areas:

1. Building their digital presence.

Through website development and digital marketing, we help communicate WBC Construction’s capabilities and projects to prospective clients and partners.

2. Promoting their brand.

Through strategic online marketing and content, we help increase visibility and showcase the company’s work.

3. Supporting their safety needs.

Through PPE and safety gear, we help provide products that support their construction operations and safety-focused environment.

Technology, marketing, and construction may seem like completely different industries—but they come together through strong business relationships.

Looking Toward 2027

The RIU Hotel project is still underway, which makes this visit even more exciting.

What we saw today is only part of the finished product.

As the project continues toward its anticipated 2027 completion, the building will continue to transform the Midtown Manhattan skyline.

We look forward to watching that progress.

And we’re proud that TECHACS gets to play a small part in the journey—not only by helping WBC Construction build its digital presence, but also by supporting the company with PPE and safety gear.

Thank You, WBC Construction Service

A special thank you to the entire WBC Construction team for the warm welcome and for giving us the opportunity to experience this incredible project from behind the scenes.

Seeing the crane reach the 48th floor, riding the construction elevator, and witnessing the craftsmanship and coordination firsthand was an unforgettable experience.
